LCpl Semesa Rokoduguni, Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, has been selected to start for England against Fiji at Twickenham this Saturday. Rokoduguni will win his second cap for England since first appearing for the national team against New Zealand in 2014. Rocco has scored 5 Premiership tries so far this season, perhaps most notably in the last few minutes of his club Bath’s recent fixture against Exeter to seal them the victory. Topping the stats table with most metres made and defenders beaten it is no wonder he has caught the attention of England Head Coach Eddie Jones. Club team mate George Ford has described Rocco as the ‘best finisher’ he has ever played with. A humble man who quietly works hard to perform at the highest level possible he thoroughly deserves the opportunity bestowed to him and we at Army Rugby are all behind him and wish him and his team mates the best of luck for their match this weekend.
