The Army Rugby Union (ARU) is pleased to invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of official teamwear and associated retail services.
The ARU is seeking to appoint a partner capable of supplying high-quality playing kit, training wear, leisurewear, match officials’ kit and online retail management to support its representative teams and wider rugby delivery activities across the organisation.
The tender process forms part of the ARU’s commitment to good governance, transparency, value for money and the continued development of elite representative rugby within Army Sport.
The contract opportunity includes, but is not limited to:
- Playing kit for representative 15s and 7s teams
- Training and leisurewear ranges
- Match officials’ kit
- Online retail and fulfilment services
- Design collaboration and brand development
- Account management and operational support

All tender submissions must be made in accordance with the instructions contained within the ITT documentation.
Any clarification questions should be directed to the ARU point of contact identified within the ITT.
The Army Rugby Union reserves the right to amend or withdraw the tender process at any stage and is not bound to accept any proposal received.
