The Army Rugby Union Unit 7s programme is set for an exciting and competitive period, with teams from across the Army preparing to take part in a busy and well-structured season.
The Unit 7s calendar provides an opportunity for regimental and corps teams to showcase their talent, build cohesion, and compete against fellow Army units in a fast-paced and demanding format of the game.
The season will see teams progress through a series of fixtures designed to develop squad depth, sharpen skills, and build competitive consistency across the 7s format.
