With five trophies decided across the day, Finals Day highlighted the competitiveness, depth, and pride within Corps rugby. Hard-fought contests, strong attacking displays, and determined defensive efforts ensured a memorable day for players and supporters alike.

Engineers Dominate Masters Final

The Royal Engineers responded strongly elsewhere on the day, producing an impressive display in the Masters Final to defeat the Royal Logistic Corps 41–18.

Playing with experience and composure, the Engineers controlled the game from early on and ran in several well-worked scores to claim a convincing victory.

RLC Women Crowned Champions

The Women’s Final saw a dominant performance from the Royal Logistic Corps, who defeated the Royal Artillery 55–5.

RLC produced an outstanding attacking display, scoring freely while maintaining strong defensive discipline to secure an emphatic win and round off a successful day for the Corps.

RAMS Take League 3 Honours

In the Men’s League 3 Final, the Royal Army Medical Services defeated the Royal Army Physical Training Corps 22–17 in another competitive clash.

With little separating the sides for much of the match, RAMS managed the closing phases effectively, holding off a determined RAPTC side to secure the win and lift the League 3 trophy.

RLC Edge Thrilling League 2 Final

The Men’s League 2 Final produced one of the closest contests of the day, as the Royal Logistic Corps overcame the Royal Armoured Corps 29–24 in a tightly fought encounter.

Both sides traded scores throughout, but the RLC held their nerve in the closing stages to secure victory and cap an impressive campaign with the League 2 title.

RA Claim Men’s League 1 Title

The Men’s League 1 Final saw the Royal Artillery gain revenge over the Royal Engineers, overturning the result of their meeting just two weeks earlier in the 99th Cannonball Trophy, where the Engineers secured a narrow 19–13 victory.

This time it was the Gunners who came out on top, producing a powerful attacking display to secure a 37–19 win and lift the League 1 title. After the disappointment of the Cannonball fixture, the RA side delivered a composed and clinical performance to settle the score and claim the silverware.
