The Army Rugby Union is excited to announce the return of the Inter Unit 7s Competition, taking place on Wednesday 21st May at the Army Rugby Stadium, Aldershot.
This fast-paced, high-energy tournament is a key event in the Army rugby calendar, bringing together teams from across the Army to compete for Sevens supremacy. Open to all units, this is your chance to showcase your team’s skill, speed, and teamwork on the pitch.

- Timings: Registration from 0900 hrs | First kick-off at 1000 hrs
- Eligibility: Open to all Army Units
Rugby Officers are encouraged to register their teams as soon as possible to secure a place in this competitive and popular event.
