An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within the Army Rugby Union Women’s coaching team.
We are looking to recruit a new Backs coach and analysis lead to be part of the coaching team and work under the Head Coach to improve the ball skills of all players with a particular focus on the backs.
The Head Coach is looking for someone that is prepared to challenge the players and the coaching staff as well as being challenged themselves.
Coaching award ERCA/Level 2 or above will be required. The role will also allow the coach to progress towards ERACA if required.
This is a great opportunity for aspiring coaches to develop their coaching skill set in a high profile, competitive and positive team environment. The squad prides themselves on coaching development which will be a huge focus through the season.
The applicant should show an understanding of game analysis and be prepared to work with the other coaches on Coach Logic to prepare quality analysis sessions for the squad. The coach must also have a flair for innovation and CPD.
He/she should be able to commit outside the core fixture list to watch other games and assist the coaching team develop the game plan.
