Sgt Mattie Dwyer is Army Captain

Director of Rugby, Colonel Andy Deans and Head Coach SSGT Axel Rees have announced that for the 2014 Inter Services campaign, the Army will be skippered by long standing front row forward Sgt Mattie Dwyer (Welsh Guards). Mattie has all the experience and playing credentials necessary to launch a victorious campaign and keep the Army at the top of the tree. He has been awarded fifteen Army caps and has represented the Combined Services on ten occasions. Mattie currently plays with the Ospreys in Swansea, and has represented the Barbarians in the Mobbs Memorial Match.
