RFU Introduce new Game Management System (GMS)

Game Management System goes live

The RFU has introduced a new Game Management System (GMS) to replace RugbyFirst and make club and player administration easier. Existing data has been transferred to the new system, but clubs should ensure that it is up to date.

Clubs with large amounts of data in other systems can now use the new bulk upload feature to move it into GMS.

The RFU has also launched a new website www.EnglandRugby.com which is the entry point to the Game Management System.

Please follow these simple steps to log in…

1. Navigate to www.EnglandRugby.com and Select Login from the top menu:


2. Login using your existing RugbyFirst login details which have been migrated across


3. Click on My Rugby in the main menu

If you have any difficulties logging in, please follow the onscreen instructions to reset your login details.
