Weekend Preview - Qorowale named on the bench for Doncaster

RFN Vereimi Qorowale (2 Rifles) is set for his Doncaster Knights’ Championship debut when they host Cambridge tomorrow (noon).

The Fijian flyer moved on loan from Newcastle Falcons last month, and having recovered from a niggle, is named on the bench as Knights look to bounce back from defeat at table-topping Ealing Trailfinders last time out. His Army colleague Sgt Matt Dawson (Int Corps) is named on the bench for Cambridge

Coventry are also hoping to respond to last week’s loss to Cornish Pirates, and Gnr Senitiki Nayalo (7 PARA RHA) again starts at No. 8 for the third-placed side on their visit to Caldy (2pm).

LCpl Pita Ratukadreu (REME) is on the wing for Plymouth Albion as they head to Leicester Lions in National One (2pm).

The Devonians were shocked at home to Darlington Mowden Park last week and dropped to fourth in the table, but can move back up a place if they can halt Lions’ three-match winning run.

With Army Women due to take on Oxford University this coming week, no players feature in the Premiership 15s.
