There are some big games for red shirt representatives in the professional game this weekend.

On Friday night, Gnr Senitiki Nayalo (7 Para RHA) starts at number eight for Coventry, who travel to the Athletic Ground to play London Scottish in the final round of the Championship Cup pool stages.

Coventry’s recent run of wins has put them firmly in contention for a semi-final spot, and while they will need other results to go their way the blue and whites know that only a big win over Scottish will keep them in the mix for the knockouts.

Gnr Nayalo has been one of the standout players for Coventry in their good form, and if you are in the south-west London area then he will appreciate the support for tonight’s match, which kicks off at 1945hrs.

Then on Saturday afternoon, Spr Lauren Brooks (RE) returns to the Harlequins match day 23 for the first time since November. The match could not be much bigger, as Quins travel to Barnet for a repeat of the 2021 final against Saracens.

Spr Brooks played in that game, but has had her opportunities somewhat limited this season, and if she comes off the bench it will be her third league appearance of the campaign.

The London rivals go head-to-head with nothing but points difference separating them in the Premier 15s table, with both having seven wins and seven bonus points to their name.

You can watch the action live on the BBC Sport website from 1400hrs on Saturday.
